Introduction & Eligibility

Welcome to 4fdc. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and 4fdc ("Company", "we", "us"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our website, mobile app, or any of our services.

By creating an account or starting to use 4fdc's services, you agree to all of these terms. If you have any objection to any term, please refrain from using 4fdc's services.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in Bangladesh and international gaming regulations. As a licensed platform, 4fdc is committed to protecting its users and ensuring fair service.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on 4fdc, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must have a valid mobile number registered in your own name.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful and accurate.
• Each person may register only one account.
• You are opening this account for yourself, not on behalf of anyone else.

4fdc may request a copy of your NID or passport for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until this verification is complete. Provided the information is accurate, the process is typically completed within 24 hours.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact 4fdc Support immediately.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on 4fdc:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a Cash Out option is available.
• 4fdc reserves the right to void any confirmed bet that resulted from a system error.
• If odds are corrected after publication, any bets already confirmed will stand at the original odds.
• If a match or event is cancelled, your stake will be refunded.
• If an event is suspended and does not resume within 48 hours, the bet will be considered void.

If 4fdc identifies a betting syndicate or unusual betting patterns, it reserves the right to restrict or void the bets on that account. This decision is final and 4fdc is under no obligation to provide an explanation.

Maximum bet limits may vary across different events and markets. 4fdc reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

Payments & Financial Transactions

The following rules apply to all payments on 4fdc:

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• The maximum daily deposit limit is ৳5,00,000.
• Deposits are generally instant, though payment network issues may occasionally cause delays of up to 30 minutes.
• Deposits must be made only from an account registered in your own name.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳2,00,000.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Rollover requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

The following general terms and conditions apply to all 4fdc bonuses and promotions:

• Each bonus offer comes with specific rollover requirements — typically between 5x and 10x.
• The validity period of a bonus is stated in the offer description. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• The welcome bonus applies once per new account only.
• If you are eligible for a bonus, it will be credited to your account automatically.
• The rollover must be completed before any winnings earned through a bonus can be withdrawn.

4fdc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer. However, such changes will not affect bonuses already credited to your account. If bonus abuse is suspected, 4fdc may investigate and take appropriate action.

Account Suspension & Termination

Closed at User's Request: You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please ensure you withdraw any remaining balance before your account is closed.

Termination at 4fdc's Discretion: 4fdc may terminate an account for any of the following reasons:

• A serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false information.
• Bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts.
• Suspicious or illegal activity.
• Legal obligation.

Changes to Terms & Contact Information

4fdc reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as needed. We will notify you of any significant changes in advance via SMS or app notification to your registered mobile number. Continued use of 4fdc after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
